Play and Charge Your iPhone
The CA-492 works with most iPods and iPhones. An adjustable slider allows you to move the docking station in or out to keep your iPod or iPhone secure while it plays.
While docked, you can jump from song to song on your favorite playlists directly from your iPod or iPhone. And since the CA-492 conveniently charges most iPods and the iPhone, your device will be ready to go when you are (note that the dock only charges iPods and iPhones when plugged into an AC source).
Concerned you'll miss an important call while your phone is docked? Don't be! The dock automatically pauses your music when your phone is ringing.
Great Sound
The CA-492 may not be huge, but it's got enough punch to fill a room with sound. The speaker syste is just 4.5 inches high, 8 inches wide, and 3.5 inches deep. It houses two 2-inch full-range drivers and delivers 6 watts of peak power.
Ultra-Portable
If you want to head away from the homefront, the CA-492 is ready to join you. It can operate on four AA batteries, for use at a barbecue, the beach, or wherever else you want some tunes. A handy travel pouch is included for transport.
Adjustable Light
Turn on the unit's blue and red lights and you'll get a nice visual indicator of when your iPod or iPhone is fully charged. If you don't like the lights glowing when you're trying to sleep, simply turn them off; doing so won't affect the charging process.
Auxiliary Input
If you have an iPod shuffle or other MP3 player you'll still be able to use the CA-492 thanks to a 3.5-mm auxiliary input. Just plug in your device and enjoy your tunes.
